I’ve seen videos of people playing with these dolls and it’s disturbing. There is something so perverse and uncomfortable about it that it made me shudder. It made me think about how this could lead to a skewed perception of intimacy and relationships. I mean, what kind of person is willing to pay hundreds of dollars for a toy?
Most dolls are made with realistic features like silky hair, painted eyelashes and ultra soft skin. Some dolls come with optional features such as vibrators and other things for sexual pleasure. This really struck me as odd. I felt like I was watching someone engage in a seedy experience where a human being is reduced to an inanimate object.
Some people may argue that this is just harmless fun and a way to explore fantasy. But I struggle to see how that could be seen as anything other than objectification and manipulation. It’s wrong for someone to dehumanize another person in this way.
I don’t know anyone who has these dolls and I have never considered buying one myself. They are definitely not something I would embrace or promote. It’s a dangerous trend and I think that people should think twice before engaging in something that reinforces gender stereotypes and stereotypes about intimacy and human relationships.
What’s even worse is that some of these dolls are actually marketed as “Japanese-style” sex dolls. This really made me pause and think about the implications of this kind of exploitation. It is hard to think about how this could affect the way girls are seen in society and how this could perpetuate the idea that women are objects to be used for pleasure.
In my opinion, if someone is looking to explore their sexuality, then there are much healthier and more respectful ways to do that. The notion that this kind of material can be used in any meaningful or educational way is just completely absurd. I don’t want to be associated in any way with this kind of objectification.
For the above reasons, and many more, I cannot understand why anyone would want to buy this type of ‘toy’. As far as I’m concerned, girl scissors sex toys dolls are just another form of misogyny and objectification of women. If we want to end the cycle of gender inequality, then we must stand against this kind of thing.
Furthermore, many people are unaware of the huge environmental cost that comes with the production of such dolls. They often take up a lot of resources and energy in their production, as well as having to be imported from countries where labour rights are often overlooked. There is also the fact that such dolls are marketed to a particular audience – those who will often pay hefty sums of money to buy them – often unaware of the environmental and labour abuses associated with their production.
Additionally, while some people may say that buying one of these dolls is a ‘normal’ activity, it is in fact a form of exploitation. It is taking advantage of vulnerable individuals who may be unaware of the risk they are taking on. It is a form of exploitation that is rarely talked about and should not be tolerated.
Clearly, this is an issue that should be taken seriously. We need to educate people about the dangers of this kind of activity and the negative effects it has on society. We must also work to protect vulnerable individuals from being exploited by unscrupulous businesses that are looking to make a quick buck. This is something that we all owe to the victims and to the greater cause of creating gender equality.
