Apparently, anal prolapse is when the rectum protrudes outside the anus and can really be not only uncomfortable but quite damaging long term. Everything about it just feels wrong. It’s like an unfortunate combination of being both medically dangerous and an unnecessary risk.

Despite some attractions, the risks associated with this doll do not seem to outweigh the benefits at all.
